MATT FISHER MANAGING DIRECTOR

Matt has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and been responsible for the successful completion of many high value complex projects within the Midlands and the North West.

Having worked with varying clients on many different types of developments and contracts, Matt has always maintained a hands on and open approach to advising and supporting both clients and construction contractors.

Matt’s previous experience as Operations Director for a large North West developer and contractor, has allowed him to implement key systems and processes into Prestbury Construction to help ensure the continued delivery of high end developments under the Prestbury name.

Matt is a keen golfer as well as a St. Helens Rugby League season ticket holder. When not on the course or in the stands Matt and his wife Emma enjoy long dog walks with their rescue dog Rocky.

WAYNE McNALLY Site Manager

Wayne has worked in the construction industry for 10 years after previously serving in the Royal Navy, undertaking various operational tours.

Wayne has risen through the site management ranks starting as an assistant site manager with a regional contractor in the North West, to more recently as Site Manager for a large North West developer and contractor on high-rise apartment schemes in Salford and Manchester.

Wayne has managed all aspects of the construction process from concrete frame to the completion of the internal fitout.

His experience and knowledge of the construction process allows him to engage openly with design team members and trade contractors alike, whilst maintaining a clear focus on the safety, quality, and programme of works being planned and undertaken.

Wayne is an avid supporter of Manchester United, and in his spare time can be found in the local gym or driving range. Wayne has a keen interest in Politics, Music and Video Game Development.

ANDREW GOOCH Construction Site Manager

Andrew has been working in construction for 10 years, progressing from the role of Site Supervisor to his current position of Site Manager. Managing multiple types of projects mainly within Manchester City centre, Andrew has experience of both small and large scale schemes ranging from low level refurbishment projects to a 20 storey new build residential tower.

Past experience has seen Andrew manage both external works and façade trades, as well as the internal fitout. Andrew’s particular strengths lie in his eye for quality during this fitout stage of the project, ensuring a high quality is achieved throughout.

 

He is a hands on Manager who enjoys all aspects of his role. Above all he ensures that the health and safety on site is maintained to his and Prestbury’s high standards.

 

His friendly calm approach is key to ensuring good communication with the trade contractors on site, and this is key to making sure the ‘can do’ culture is not only maintained but driven from the front.

 

Andrew is a loyal Manchester City supporter, but enjoys sports in general. He regularly visits the gym as well as going for walks with his fiancé Carla, and little dog Ludo.

LUCY FREER Project Coordinator

Lucy is a Project Coordinator, supporting the team with interior design, sales and marketing, as well as providing administrative support on to the Site Managers.

She began her career in hospitality after completing a Degree in Travel and Events Management. Further experience was gained with a local Independent Estate Agent which fuelled her passion for property and design.

There to meet and greet you at our offices in Alderley Edge, Lucy is a highly approachable, well organised with a willingness to make a positive impression.

In addition to joining the team as a Project Coordinator, Lucy has recently become our team’s Mental Health First Aider.

Outside of work Lucy enjoys going to the gym and socialising with friends and family.

SIMON KIMBLE FOUNDER AND CEO

Simon is the Founder and CEO of Prestbury Estates. A Chartered Surveyor and Property Developer for over 30 years.

Training as an Architectural Technician with Stephenson Mills and attending Salford Technical College on a day release course taught him how buildings were put together and fuelled his passion for outstanding architecture and design.

He was about to embark on a Degree in Architecture when a chance meeting with a developer opened his eyes to the “Sexy” world of development. A degree in Urban Land Economics followed resulting in RICS status which he is proud to maintain to this day.

Collaborating with the best architects and designers around has underpinned the culture and philosophy of the business with its desire to deliver to high quality homes for discerning clients.

Outside of work Simon enjoys watching all sports and occasionally takes part, picking up a tennis or squash racket. Dog walks and gardening also figure highly!

KATIE OGDEN SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR

Katie is a senior project coordinator with responsibility for the coordination of our projects, from inception through to completion.

Katie has extensive experience in the marketing and sale of properties and a true passion for property in general. She has a keen interest in the interior design of our projects, paying absolute attention to detail, and has an ambition to develop in her career in the development industry.

Katies construction knowledge was gained working for an Energy Company, supporting 15 Construction Managers and Engineers in Alderley Park, Cheshire. The most recent project involved construction work to install a new Rolls Royce Engine Boiler.

Day to day, Katie works to support Simon and Matthew with the overall running of the office, and will coordinate between the Directors, Site Managers, our Design Team and Sub Contractors. As a key point of contact during the handover and after sales process, Katie will go above and beyond for our buyers, as she is keen to ensure that the sales and moving in process is as smooth and stress free as possible.

Katie is married to partner Chris, and is a Mum of two young children. She enjoys travelling abroad to different destinations with her Family, the dream being to see the 7 Wonders. She also enjoys long walks with her Rottweiler German Shepherd, Zeus.
